Zen Meditation
What is Zen Meditation? Meditation means becoming aware. We call that just-now mind. So, Zen meditation involves making your mind clear just now and just doing what you are doing now, without being carried away or controlled by distracting thoughts. This allows one to make one's life very clear. This style of meditation will naturally lead to a reduction of stress, improved health, and ultimately a state of well-being and centeredness in all of life's circumstances.
